Refunds & Cancellations

We accept refunds for all except:

– Custom duties if any paid by you at the time of receiving the goods

– Taxes if applicable respective to your shipping location/country

– VAT if any paid by you respective to your shipping location/country

The refund amount of the unavailable/sold-out products will be credited back to your user account as a store credit which can be used later for next purchase. The partial refund will not be issued for the orders in which the offer code redeemed.

Please note that the order for stitched goods cannot be cancelled and that they are not covered in Return Policy. Stitched goods are neither accepted nor replaced.

Also, note that the products customized are not returnable or replaceable because the products are customized by our stitching units’ best judgment & efforts as per the standard customization format. There might be a tolerance of 0.5-1.5 inches between measurements and ready outfit (Customize outfit).

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

In case, we receive a cancellation request from you within 48 hours of placing the order, we shall cancel the order and refund the amount to you after deducting 10% admin fees & shipping cost. We will not be able to cancel the orders that have already been processed by us. You agree not to dispute the decision made by SareesBazaar’s and accept SareesBazaar’s decision regarding the cancellation / non-cancellation.
